Proud new owner of my first F150
My first truck was a 68 F100... still have a 50 F100 too...
had a few other F100's and F250's, never a 150 though...
Until I Just got this.... Sold off my F250 4x4 lifted Diesel AND my Jeep Cherokee to get into a car payment! yay!
But totally worth it....
05 F150 5.4 Fx4
I am so completely happy with it!
Now I will have 100 questions.... Lots to learn

Either get the level kit, or get the billstein auto struts/Rancho Quikstrut. They will level it out as well. I think most 4"/6" lifts accomodate for the front end rake and will level it up as is, so the level kit is a waste of money if you're buying a lift soon. I have done some shopping on 4"/6" lifts and they are only a few companies that make them. It is more or less how much money you want to spend and whether or not you want shocks to come with the lift. I personally like the Rancho and the Fabtech lift kits the best, but there are other ones out there.
Like you, I came from a diesel to this truck and so far I am glad I did. I was trying to get out from under the diesel dollaring me to death and the crazy hight fuel prices. But I love the 150, they are super nice trucks. Congrats on the purchase and welcome to FTE.
P.S. take that ugly *** bra off the front. I hate those things. lol
