Why would you try and suck the heat and humidity out of exterior air in an effort to keep the cabin cool and comfortable?
Each pass through the evaporator is an improvement.

Did you flush them also ? It also can help a lot.
If you need a flushing setup I have one you can use.

I cheated on you guys yesterday. Met up with a few guys from the f150 forum. DEFINITELY a different crowd. They were nice enough guys, mostly younger. They had no idea what to think about my old truck, haha.
