46 Ford 6volts

Hi Everyone, i new to this site so here goes. I recently bought a 1946 ford pickup with a flat head 6. the truck is going to need a complete sand down. The wires or cables need to be replaced, so I want to change it from 6 volts to 12 volts is this going to be possible with the Flat head 6?
