Tim >> Get her ready for CTC. He came and barrowed one of my trucks. I told him to stay away from the trains

I've been busting hump on it here lately. I fixed the power windows a few weeks ago, I've done this work today and I've also changed some sensors under the hood before today as well.

Hopefully when I get home I can go to Barry's and snag a larger throttle body from an econoline van and get a little more air into the engine. I'm also hoping that I can get crown vic dual exhaust installed at some time sooner or later because I'm sure the stock exhaust has seen its better days.

Then I've still got all the work ahead of me on my 74 Dent. But it's a project so it doesn't matter when that one is done, I don't wanna rush it.

Gator no matter what part of him you kissed you would have fulfilled his request.
I have little sympathy for persons who get hit by a train.
I NEVER start across the tracks unless I can clear them without stopping.
That is even when I can see that there is no train in sight.
As you work here on the coast you know that I have to transit the tracks often in a days work.
While I'm glad that he wasn't hurt, I must wonder about his IQ.
Let us know what the insurance company has to say.
Did the law write him any tickets?
I've also heard of the Rail Road companies suing for damages.
I've been interviewed by company investigators about scenes I've worked.

We have a crossing here in Brandon at a three way stop with no light where traffic backs up a qrtr mile in the direction of the crossing. I see folks sit on the tracks rather than wait for a space & I can easily see somebody getting caught if there are no loops to prevent the barriers from coming down. But you won't see me sitting there no matter how much you crowd my back bumper & I'm going to slow to a crawl before crossing, to look both ways,... lights or not, cause I know they sometimes don't work.

Hope he has an understanding Ins co. Let us know if you get the seats.

Evening Mississippi. I finished painting the 96. Looks a whole lot better than it did. I am going to bring a 2000 F-250 home next week. I bought it about six months ago. I had to leave it at my shop on the coast. If I tryed to bring them home, I would have to choke my wife out.

Today was pretty good for me all things considered. Not much went on really but it was just one of those enjoyable Saturdays. Tomorrow is swap meet day, and hopefully I find some goodies for my 74 while I'm there. I'm also on the look out for some goodies for my cousins car, but I'm not how certain an import is gonna be represented at the swap meet.

I think this is gonna be one of my best weekends thus far this year. Or at least the most relaxing anyway...

Good morning to all who follow.
It's time to wake the neighbors.
I've got a lawn to mow.

We've been spending most of our free time by my sister's pool, a luxury we've never really had. Most of the time she travels her kid/grandkids are the ones who have free run, but they built their own recently. I did some more work on my friend's Taurus yet again. (starter replacement)

Wishing like all get out that we'd get just a good 20-30 min soak out of the sky. Although I ain't crazy about watching the grass jump up a foot tall afterwards.
