I've been remiss in not having posted in my home chapter thread.
I'm going to correct that now.
Dave if you and Teri haven't made that trip to the coast yet please PM me and I'll try to find time to meet up with you and buy you a cup of coffee or something.
I never get time to travel of late so the only way I'll get to meet any of the chapter members is if I catch up with you while you are in my neck of the woods.

Happy Birthday America... Enjoy the celebration everybody.
Hey Bryan, will do. I know you're on call 24/7, but will most assuredly drop you a line when we decide to head south next time. In re participation, hey that'd be great. Would love to have your input here...
Speaking of the Coast. Ran across this last night, since it touches on what I was saying about Ohr-Okeefe as well as Gator/Steve's favorite subject, paving roads:
Biloxi 'rebounding' from Katrina, BP oil spill

Happy 4th everyone.
I'm firing up the grill in a few minutes and cooking a bunch of stuff to last rest of the week.
Time for everyone to plan to attend Cruisin' The Coast
It's the 7th -14th of October this year.

I know for sure I'll be at Cruisin the Coast this year. I'm hoping I get to bring my 74 even if it isn't in perfect shape. However, if for whatever reason I know for certain I'm going to be at C.T.C. but I'm not sure exactly what days I plan on being there.
My work day got cut off today, we had rain on the 4th so I'm going to spend tomorrow wrenching and dealing with issues with the town car. Hope tomorrow is a better day and I get some stuff done. I'm so ready to get out of Massachusetts.

Morning yall'. Had fine Fourth floatin' in the pool, sippin on some beers. Dang if nearly everybody around us got rain later in the day... (Heck, since nobody could shoot fireworks anyway, I was hoping for some)
Bryan, Terri & I are looking for a place to stay for Friday& Saturday, but good Lord, everybody & his brother are jacking prices sky high. I'm considering a day-run maybe earlier in the week. Although we might have friends to stay with, we'd really rather have our own place.
It'd be really nice to have a good chapter presence during CTC since it seems quite a few FTE'rs from outside the state will be making the trip. Would love for some of yall' down there to maybe find us a place to meet up & congregate on key days & times.

Gator I read that on WLOX earlier. Glad he wasn't hurt but ouch that truck took a beating. Hopefully there is no trouble with him getting all his ducks in a row afterwards, and maybe he'll part it out so our trucks can have some goodies.
I got my day worth of wrenching on the Town Car today. Power steering line is installed, and the o2 sensors replaced. Think I'm gonna go tomorrow and buy the oil and tranny fluid and knock those out this weekend.
Hope y'all had a good one today.
