I am with him! That is what i would do for sure because you could have one hell of a nice 4x4. Seems like a huge project that is gonna take quite a long time and could end up being really costly. At any rate good luck with whatever you decide.

Those two 2wd xlt F150s would have enough value between the both of them on trade to get a lariat/fx4 4x4.

I say trade em both!
