I'll give it a shot too. I weighed myself Tuesday at 272, I'd like to ideally get down to 250 someday. Yesterday was pretty rough with all the good food, but I start today!

Coffee for breakfast, Slim-Fast or a low-cal soup for lunch and a decently proportioned size supper with NO snacking in between. Nothing for exercise though, I hate that crap

bummer dude!

I weighed in at 209 again this morning, too bad stress didn't cause me to lose weight, because I had more than my share of stress this week at work, and lots of sitting inside a small room that was far hotter than 100 degrees for the full day.

My daughter down loaded an app. to my phone call "lose it" that helps to track calories and recommend calorie counts to lose weight based on current weight and height and how many pounds to lose per week. You can even "friend" others to track with you.

I think my MIL has that on her phone, and I know she has lost a lot of weight over the years.

I accedently ordered fries with lunch today-- ate 3 "just because"- what was really funny was Clint going through the wendys menu decided on a chicken sandwich but accidentally ordering a 3 patty burger and large fries - it was an accident (and to his credit he didn't eat all of it) but it was funny.

Jack is the hero eating a can of spinach for lunch-- (his arms popped out really big and so did his feet and then he went over and beat up some "Bluto" guy. The cops were called and it turns out Bluto Phelps was working for the westboro baptist church, so they are going to sue him.)

OK OK he just ate the spinach :-)

It weren't just spinach. I had hicory smoked tuna and chili beans also.

My arms may have popped out but the three little toes on my left foot are screaming at me. Woke me up at 2:30 this morning and ain't stopped. Thing is ifin I call the doc they'll stop hurtin just afore I kin get in ta see her.

No worries. It was worth it to get out and about yesterday and do a little bit.

I'm still at 230. I wasn't the healthiest eater this weekend and I did basically no physical activities. I hit the gym tonight after work as usual and sweat probably 10 pounds. I'm hoping to break past this flat spot and start dropping the lbs again.

I need a scale to weigh myself I guess so I can get a starting point, then maybe I'll join in--- my daughter came up grabbed my stomach and said: "Jiggle Tummy"

Guess that is a bad sign :-0
