flywheel replacement on 1987 2.0 Standard tranny

What is the best way to go about replacing the Fly wheel that is chewed up. I would like to do it the easiest way. Im not the best Mechanic, and don't have much time on my hands. The truck is used mainly as a feed truck for Cattle, and i don't want to pour to much money into it. I just need it to start efficiently.
