91 f700 Wiring Diagram? Wiring help?

A friend of mines stepdad dropped his dump truck off for me to look at this week and its got some apparent issues with the wiring. A couple weeks ago, he went and got a new splice box for the trailer lights and lights for the dump box. While he was replacing it, the weather turned for the worse and it started to downpour. So... he forgot where all the wires went and how everything worked.

Now its my job to figure everything out. There are 4 wires that run to the back of the truck, a green, a yellow, and brown and a black with a red stripe. These are the typical left, right, parking and brake lights. Now my issue is, i think there is a problem in the column. He said ever since he got the truck, when you step on the brake, the buzzer for the trailer brake monitor would go off. I also had it going off when i pressed the clutch in at one point but now it seemed to stop. He also added a new brake controller and he really hacked up the wiring in the column getting power to the unit. The other problem is, when the lights are all hooked up, when you have the parking lights on or step on the brakes, the turn signals will not work. Both lights end up flashing in either direction. But when the lights are off, the turn signals work fine.

If anyone has any ideas, please let me know. I also have an 83 f700 for parts out back so if i need to, I could snag some parts out of the column from that truck.

Best thing to do, unless you have access to a better column is to put a signal stat in the integrated switches place..

Figure out the wires before you cut the harness, then just wire into the signal stat.. The models vary but they are all super simple.. And they last for years!
