Arthur Ford & Mercury Truck Show In August Who's Going.
As always I will be there camping and enjoying the local hospitality whilst enjoying the occasional barley beverage, purely for medicinal reasons of course and checking out all the nice Ford Trucks and if we all pray very hard and cross our fingers maybe the Big Bronco Trucks(yes that's right Frank I said Bronco trucks) will number in the high single digits
So if you're looking for a fun outing for the day or for the weekend the folks in Arthur put on one excellent event.
Thanks for starting this going Rick. The Old girl (Peg) and I will be there. NO truck but a picture book to show the progress. We are in the process of trying to find a tent trailer for rent. One that is close to us or on the way out to Arthur. We live in the Brussels area and would take 21N to Palmerston, then 9N to Arthur. Any one got an idea of where to rent at desent prices? If we find one we will be camping the weekend also. Popa John
I'm going to be there on Sunday, maybe saturday but definitely Sunday! The GF will be with me and Dad will be somewhere around if he can keep up lol. I love taking the week after Arthur off.
Usually although some days it's a little foggy. I can tell if I had a good time if the shop fridge is EMPTY and there are a few bodies lying around. Had a shock one morning, went out to see how much damage was done to the beer stash and found my buddy under the covers with the neihbours wife!!! HOLY CRAP. Buddy weighs in at 170 soaking wet, punches a computer all day, the neighbour is 260 and works in a foundry. Got them both out of the shop.. REAL quick. HIM I sent home put her in the spare room. LMAO Popa John
Tell me about that part. Try getting parts for a 73-79 F-150 2wd. They look at you as if you're from Mars. More so when you give them a part number and it's for a late 80s early90s F-150. "That won't fit on that year of your truck"
