I'm just guessing that the plug wires and, therefore, where the rotor points at TDC are ok. I think it is a slipped harmonic balancer and that's causing him to set the timing way off. So, I tried to make it simple. But, I may well be wrong, although if we fix one thing at a time we'll get there eventually.
