No picture of the prison as a back-ground? Nice pictures though.

Your truck is looking good, and apparently running well! Whose humpback is that?

I make a point of driving the older US Hwy system whenever I can, and am seldom disappointed. The country is full of small towns with beautiful old brick and stone buildings, where they spent a few bucks to make a nice building that would last instead of cheap crap. Nice people too.

Very nice pictures. I'm glad you're getting to enjoy your truck like that.

Great pics! Thanks for sharing. I'm about 45 miles south of Pontiac on Old 66. Pontiac is a great place to visit. The town really embraces the heritage of the Mother Road. If anyone is coming through the area and has an interest in the Pontiac (or Oakland) automobiles there's a top notch museum right on the square in the downtown area. Only museum in the county dedicated to the Pontiac brand. Well worth the visit. I'll be making the drive up Old 66 on Saturday in a 1927 Model T to attend a Pre-War festival the town is putting on.

48ATOY send me a PM and I'll eMail you a flyer for a annual show we put on in Bloomington in August. Would love to have you drive down.
