Going on a long trip, what should I take?

Truck stuff:
-spare belts
-coolant
-jump cables
-spare tire
-tool box and basic tools
Necessities:
-water (for the truck and you)
-spare food (granola bars and such)
-blanket
-jacket (even in the summer, it can get really cold. It got down to 35 degrees in New Mexico in August last summer)
*Take it from an Eagle Scout, when going on a long trip, your safety is more important than your car running right. You can never be too prepared.
