idle mixture adjustment screw special tool ?
the snap-on, MAC or MATCO tools guys carry a kit, I think it's just a long screwdriver with a spring for a shaft so you can get it into where the screws are, you could ask at NAPA or Sears. The Ford Dealer will know what it is and whether or not you can get by without out, just call them and ask for the service manager.
