95 gas f-350 fuel issues

95 f-350 Crew cab with the 460 gas 2wd dually 140,000 mileage.

Purchased this a little while back and fixed all sorts of little things but engine and tranny seem to work well. It had bad tires and before I got them replaced I filled them up and had severe vibration at around 45 mph. and then it smoothed out after that. Replace tires and front brakes and had no problems with ride.

Drove it for a week or so and the when the front tank was selected it seemed like it was getting starved for gas and when I switched it to back tank it ran smoother but not as smooth as before.

I switched out the fuel filter and that seemed to make it better for just a little bit, but then it started acting up again as I expected it to. I borrowed a fuel pressure gauge and tested fuel pressure while running the truck. Both tanks seemed to run at 30 psi at idle and then go up to 35 or 36 when driving. When on front tank running at 36 it seems to just drop to 30 or 31 and acts like no gas. Some times it drops below 30 and problem occurs.

Fuel pressure spec's
KOER 30 - 40
KOEO 35 - 45

Question is: are both front and back FDM going bad or are there some other things to look at? Could something have come loose when the truck was bouncing down the road. The radio did stop and it was a loose connection at the back of the radio.

Thanks Andy
