Just what I needed guys. Very good info, pictures and video.

Now that we have the flow direction figured out at the WP and the block, can someone answer this question....

Does it matter which side is the inlet and the outlet side of the heater core??? I was planning on doing the following...

Block - filter inlet - filter outlet - heater core inlet - heater core outlet - Water pump

is the outer/inner side of the heater core designated as inlet/outlet? I can't imagine that matters much, but figured I'd ask. Some youtube video mentioned the outer line to heater core as the return to WP.

I'm pretty sure it doesn't matter which way you hook up the heater core. There may be a designated in and out, but its basically symmetrical so shouldn't make any difference.
