Maybe.

What engines and transmissions do you have?

The 93 f150 is an inline 6 with a 5 speed. And the 90 f250 has a 351w with a 5 speed

A strong maybe. 351w might have a 12" vs. 11.5" for example, and it will depend on if your flywheel is drilled for both if you can make that swap.

Or they might be the same. Worth pulling it apart and trying it imo.

Don't use the I6's flywheel. It is not ballanced for the V8 engines! It will bolt up to the crank and will work but will shake your engine apart causing major problems!
