Ford IDI Factory Turbo/ATS 093 Intake Hat

I am looking for an intake hat, pressure chamber, "snail" - whatever you want to call it - that bolts on to the top of the intake manifold and takes air from the cold side of the turbo. This can be found on Ford IDI Factory turbo trucks from 1992?-1994. This was used on the factory ATS wastegated turbo system as well as the aftermarket ATS 093 wastegated turbo system.
