If they are in the factory position such as my F250 then it will fit.

It should fit just fine! I think theyre actually made to work hand-in-hand but dont quote me.

no that ne wont. do you see the middle section there is no cut out for the cab light to fit in the middle. i got a real nice blue one for half the price that is made for the cab light if your interested.

A LUND/Keystone restyling Visor WILL fit with stock cab lights. As for the POS summit one, I have no clue.
The one pictured in the link is a Lund visor. Summits visor looks completely different
