I personally like them both. I like blue, but I think the green looks better.

The original colors were the green with white roof and bottom. I should be getting the truck back in the next few weeks. All Pro in Kennesaw has had it rebuilding the engine and fixing the AC... Lord knows I need the AC... Starting to get a bit warm.

I'm Leaning toward the Green on Green. When I get the truck back, I'm going to start working on the rust issues...

Also thinking about getting rid of the side trim and just have it pinstriped between the two colors.

Oh yeah, across from the Napa. I do all my own work, so I have no clue on where any good repair shops are.

When I first got the truck, I was going to take it back bone stock. It's not like it is really a rare truck (300,000+ built). I just want something that I would enjoy driving. The more I thought about it (and the more money that went into it) I have decided to go Resto-Mod. I currently drive a BMW and have for years... I like the creature comforts but like the Old School look. I didn't want to go full Street Rod type rebuild. But, power windows, locks, heated seats and maybe the CV front clip with Disk brakes... I want to keep it somewhat classic with a touch of modern.

What else do you think might be nice to have on it while keeping it for the most part Stockish... No shaved door handles (done it before on a S-10). No Roll Pans... I would like to shave the side trim and keep the stock badges.

I thought about the rain gutters. My wife also suggested chopping the top. Might be more work than it worth.

According to your pictures, your going to want a steel grille to paint. What would your plans be with the Aluminum one?
It appears to be in good condition. You could sell it and have money for a steel one and some change left.
