YO! Take a look at this and think about it...

The NITTO CHALLENGE presents some interesting ideas we can copy. In modern speak we say "Plagiarise" but whatever...

You join in and pick up points (!) for every event you go to....

Now there is a kernel of an idea - how many events do FTE people go to and meet up? The OFFICIAL ones like Carlisle and Gatlinburg etc...

Suppose we figure one point each for the state you are in, the state the event is in, and the states crossed between ONE WAY and total the points for each event gone to in a year THAT WAY

(get ahold of your shoulder strap - the ride gets rough here)

to figure the FTE Supporter of the Year ?

I know already that Steve Bricks (and Gail & Maxxie) would be hard to beat.
On the flip of that is the many atlantic states you can run in a day...

IDEA :
GOOD
CRAPPY

What?

PS: I already see a Florida objection - FLA should be split into three points between Miama and Georgia just because it's so dang long!!! But what about TEXAS?

Thumbs up GREAT idea!

I think that's a great idea! Maybe the "winner" can get a prize from the site - sticker or decal & special mention on the site! If I were able to attend events I'd sure be on board with your idea!

I kinda like the notion - I wonder if it has the potential to become an annual rally type thing.

The Mid-Atlantic at Carlisle has to count for some serious heavy points...

Honestly?
I don't really care for the idea.
Many of us found this site to help fix or upgrade our trucks on the cheap. Can't say what the percentage is, but I'm guessing the have not's (me being one), far exceed the haves.
Now if you wanted to create a point system for best tech post, or great idea post, you might have something there. JMHO

Seriously, An FTE traveler club with mileage points might be fun for those who do the get togethers.
