03 CC got in the other day, fired her up, windows and radio not working, shut her off, started it back up and fine, it did it again yesterday, there is a 30A ciricuit breaker fuse, for the windows should i replace it? Or is there something else to look for. thanks in advance.
Sounds like your Vehicle Security Module (VSM) is the cause. It is located behind the radio up in the dash area. If you replace it, you will need to have it programmed by a dealer. A used one out of a '02-'03 CC and it should work.
