I dont have exactly that but I do have a 74 f100 that has a 427 side oiler(yes I am sure I can send pics with all the casting codes the threaded soft plugs and the oiler resivours best I can tell this was a custom order also i can send pics of the crossover bolt above the main baring and the 3 plugs on top those three things are all that is visually noticable on the outside if someone were serious I will have the stoke measured also there is a 5inch 427 stamped on the radiator shroud according to the vin it was soupposed to be a 360 that was my biggest hang up but I have a tag that shows it was ordered( mn dlx rpo cus )(cxe a stamped out 6, J)then it says mid aft I think they took it from marine department
I have a 1972 F-250 4x2. Only difference from a F-100 is the heavier-duty rear end and wheels. It is a long box though. The 4 speed transmission and 360 are removed but go with it. 360 needs rebuilt (make it a 390 or 410). Missing grill, radiator, and glass, all a little rough but cheap. Make me any offer and come pick it up! North central Nebraska.
