Production numbers

Is there anyway to find out the number of vehicles produced with certain options?

Like when you see classic muscle cars they say they are 1 of 50 with said interior group, engine/trans and what not

It's martiauto.com that supplies all of the "classic" info you've seen and according to their website they can "tell you everything about any Ford, Lincoln, or Mercury made in the United States or Canada during 1967-1993. What color was your car? Easy. What rear axle ratio? Sure. What day was the car sold? Yeah, even that - and a whole lot more."
Looks like only your 80 F350 RCLB 429 C6 4x4 falls into that category though.
