When a tug-o-war goes bad it normally means a bent frame or a burnt clutch. Not for this time though. It's a shame to see any truck go out like that, but I guess it couldn't stand the shame.
I don't see anything to be proud of anywhere. "Ford-Trucks Editors" posts yet another mis-titled, really stupid video of a really stupid event.
Pull off's are just dumb IMO to begin with. Here we see some poor guys truck get destroyed and FTE is reveling in it. Not to mention the less than family friendly language. If I posted that video it'd probably get moved to the club.

Well I thought it was funny. Yeah the Dodge guy got some work to do now BUT I'm sure that he knew the risks beforehand. Nobody plans on blowin something up, but we all know that doing **** like this could have a bad outcome. Just like I know that when I take my 150 into a mudhole, I risk damaging or destroying my engine or auto transmission. I dont PLAN on it, I certainly TRY to avoid it, but I know if enough mud/water goes where it don't belong, it's KABOOM time. I hope that wasnt his daily driver.
.... BUT I'm sure that he knew the risks beforehand ....
A lot of times I wonder about that. Commonsense isn't very common.
Just look at half the videos on youtube. Most of the time I'm left scratching my head asking ... "What did he think was going to happen?"
Muppets!
