I have a 1988 F150 custom single cab... I am looking in to getting 2 12 inch kicker 10cvt122 witch are the shallow mounts and I have been looking all over the internet for a ported truck sub box and cant find anything for my truck... so if yall have found one on the internet or have made your own could u tell me where u found it or the way u made it.
Thanks
Why ported? If you look in my pictures I have 2 10's mounted in shallow truck boxes. They are enclosed but I have Kicker Solo Baric (sp?) subs that are made to be in a smaller area. They sound fine. Hit hard.
I made a box for behind my bench seat in my truck when I still had a bench seat. I made it the length of the back of tge cab minus 2 inches and its as tall as the floor to 2 inches under the plastuc molding under the rear
My seat does go all the way back. Actually, there is still space at the bottom but the top 'head rest' part of the seat is against the back of the cab. I also have some stuff I keep back there like wrenches/tools and there is still a little room.
