35" tires on 08 f150

I just bought a 2008 f150 and would really like to put some 35" tires on it. The truck is completely stock with only 20000 miles on it. I know that i want to fit the xd series hoss 22x9.5 wheel on it and would like to go with the 35" tire. Im not sure which offset would be best for this wheel either. Please help me out i have read some other forums that say the 3" skyjacker lift kits will give you the clearance you need to clear them but then some say leveling kits will do it but just the leveling kit just doesnt seem like it would clear 35" tires? Please comment your opinion on what would be the best way to get this tire and wheel combination to work. Thanks

Plenty of threads on FTE that say the 2" front leveling kit will make it work. No experience here as I run 33" tires on 20's.
