Brakes Pulling Hard to the Right

Bad adjuster or hose on the right side is the most likely issue, it's probably due for front brakes anyways. It's best to do it all while it's open, shoes, hardware, wheel cylinders, and hoses. Get the drums turned if there's enough meat left to them, otherwise n ew drums can be quite pricey.

Like silver said make sure pads are on correctly. It's hard to see but make sure the short pad on the shoe's point towards the front of the truck. ( Large pads towards the rear) Just went thur mine and made the mistake of pointing short pad towards the rear and really made a mess. When I took rear passenger hub off the inside's fell on the ground. You will see difference if you need new shoes.
Had the same problem had to replace one front line.

I had to replace one wheel cylinder and broke the line. If you have a similar problem remember to double flair the brake line. Most parts store's have them in there tool rental program. The other 3 cylinder I just took the 2 hold down scerws out and pulled the cylinder out just enought to get a brake hone in there. Really hate drum brakes when you have done them in a long time. It was worth the effort the brakes work great now.

Also look at rears could be a grease seal leaking or a cylinder. Also Make it pull to one side. Best to do all 4 wheels cylinders replace all lining=drums replace all seals clarn and check all wheel bearnings for pits or any damage. Replace bad cracked rubber brake hoses. Masters are cheap so you should do that while your working on it. You'll should have a hub socket for removing spindle nut check all bearning replaces seals. PS a missed matched drum size can also cause it to pull. Fonts to front drum size. Rear to rear should match each. Re did mind 2 yrs ago about $350. the rear rubber brake hose not cheap..
