Weekend project.

Guess Mike and I were bored and decided to order a couple things to keep us busy this weekend.

Not pictured - Mike's S&B intake and my Recon lights.

Fun started today for my truck and tomorrow for Mike's truck. Should be a good time!

I know, Pics or it didn't happen.

Yeah Yeah. I'll get some pics of everything installed here real soon. I'll get it cleaned up and take some pics. It was a long day being 90° outside. Some people don't have A/C in the garage....

It's supposed to be even hotter tomorrow, Mike should have fun with his project.

How are you liking the H&S and other "special" parts? Sounds like you're living in the South, it was only 86-88 here in Atlanta today.

Have you used the tranny tunes as well?
How is it pulling heavy loads, like big hay wagons in the field lets say.
I really, really can't stand it much longer but worried about the warranty and engine lasting.

Live in the Midwest.

H&S isn't perfect but I can't complain. It's a pretty good time.

The new tranny tune is awesome and yes, I use it.

Sad to say but my truck doesn't pull anything. 100% play toy for me.

What's a warranty???

Get the AMP Power Steps as well if you are able. Kids love them, girls love them...... I seem to get people coming to me everywhere I go asking about the truck and they all love the steps. Useful as all can be and keeps the sides looking clean.

I've thought about it. My biggest concern is not having any protection for the side of the truck if I take off the steps. My tires stick out and flares aren't for me.

Kinda sucks to spend $1000 to have more rock chips. I'll most likely end up getting a set anyways and just repair the rock chips every so often.

How are yours holding up to the winter weather? Ice, salt, etc?

Managed to get everything installed. Everything went together better than expected and didn't run into any problems. Mike's truck went together good and I'm sure he'll post some details/pics of his truck as well.

Here's my contribution to Super Duty Sunday.

- 4.5 lift
- Adjustable track bar
- Traction bars
- Studded mesh grille (emblem coming soon)
- Smoked Recon tail light/3rd brake light

Pics -

Truck looks awesome. I have the 3m along the bottom side and no rock chips. A must IMO if your doing the AMP boards.
