ok..been lookin and reading around..found a 600 cfm holley for 90 bucks, all it needs is a kit put in, which i planned on doing with any carb i got. its a model 4160, or i believe thats the flange. the intake i am getting is for 4150..would this carb work? and the carb model is...1850-3. was wondering if this would work on the offy c intake and the 300??

Much better carb then the edelbrock, a true vacuum secondary, more tunable, and a better accel pump(your gunna need it)

Same mounting flange for the manifold, 4150 is dual feed with a real meatering block(has jets), 4160 is single feed with a meatering block(no changeable jets) Only real diff for you is a simpliler fuel line on the 4160 and less/slightly harder to tune the secondarys

And from before, if your offy manifold is one of them set up for a 4bbl but has the interchangable flange for a 2bbl that manifold is better off with a 4bbl to start, but as I said before a smaller 4bbl would be more ideal.

Cool. I know a smaller four would be ideal. I was lookin at the holley 390 and seems like they're scarce..especially for the money they're goin for. I was also lookin into guys who have used the 390..then went ahead and used the 600 and said the 600 gave em less problems.
