my wife took this pic, at the local fishing spot, it turned out funny, with me holding a miller lite and a fishin pole, the angle the truck was sitting makes it look huge.
im going to try to make the pic appear here, im experimenting with how to do that so it may take a try or tw0[IMG][/IMG]

LOOKS GREAT! I have a ? Jetjock. Actually how tall is your truck?????? you say 10.5" front 11" rear BUT with 6" springs and fabtech hanger kit that is 9.5" front ( fabtech only make's up to a 3.5" hanger) and 8" springs and 5" block brings it up to 13" rear????? I like the look of your truck but these numbers make no sense! Just curious. Great gallary you have!!!!

HIROLLN i have what is posted in my gallery, those numbers are just what the tape measure reads, from before and after measurements with the stock tires on! Soo i think the V10/Diesel springs on the V10 lift the truck a little more than advertised, because i got 10.75" of front lift off the combo, has since settled to about 10.5" of front lift... advertised lift would be 6" springs plus 3.5" hangar. The rear i started with 8" springs and stock block, wasnt enough so went with the skyjacker block wich measures about 5.5", ended up lifting the rear about 11" So i would say the rear springs lifted less than adverstised.... advertised lift would be 8" plus 5.5, ??

to get the exhaust to fit we just had to fab one piece of pipe that was 18" long and one end fit over the stock Ypipe, the other increased size to accomadate where the 4" pipe started.. At idle it really does sound like a beefy V8, and at 4k rpm, it really howls, everything in between is unique, everyone thats heard it said it was the best sound in a V10 theyd heard yet.

Any chance of getting a picture of the 18" long piece you had to fab? Did you just use a 18" long piece of 3" and reduce one end and expand the other? I am thinkin this may be the system I have been looking for. that 4" pipe is bound to have some serious deep tone at low RPMs. I assume that this sytem does away with the Cat. converter?

i posted that wrong, you jogged my memory, it was awhile ago, I DO HAVE the stock CAT on, the adapter piece starts right at the exit of the CAT, nothing to special, just a pipe that increases in size, i had it tac'd on but it doesent fit 100% perfect for a great seal. It leaks a small amount, could be easily fixed by puttin a weld around the entire fit, but i have just been lazy cause the leak is soo small, ill try to get a pic up

Jetjock,
Congrats on posting the photo. Truck looks FANTASTIC!
If I were you, I'd work on your pole, tho'. You ain't gonna catch squat with that tiny thing!
As for me, I'm off tomorrow for a week's worth of Salmon fishin' in the great Pacific Northwest!
