Question Who wants more truck **** or does anyone care ?

I noticed that not very many FTE'ers help in my information gathering about my truck yesturday. What is the deal ? I'm still trying to determine what my truck has or had during it previous life under the previous owners' care. Any help will be appreciated.

My plans for Rustoleum is to get its title, registration, & insurance on it. Then I'll acquire tools for it.

The parts I need for Rustoleum is...

- a brake booster
- a steering column
- multiple engine gaskets
- a new passenger side header
- a new bed
- a new light wiring harness
- Then a future restoration or minor restomod

To mine & the previous owner's knowledge the truck is mostly stock. There is a few minor holes in the floorboard.

Don't take it personally, over time many of us see the same questions time and time again. I like to use the advanced search option as the reg one is kind of a pain. Then if I can't find it someone will usually answer my questions.

Begging sometimes helps.

Anyway, if you need a column and a harness, I've got a few that I would part with if you want to take a ride down the Toll Road. I have a few boosters but don't know their condition.

When I wrote what I wrote last evening I was a little frustrated that no one was interested in what I picked up on sunday. I'm glad that I got more FTE'ers interested in my truck and hopefully someone might know what Rustoleum has or had before I got it.

I'm interested in the parts that you mentioned, Grinnergetter... but I don't have the money or the vehicle (my car was totaled last friday ) to make a trip to the otherside of Indiana.
