Do I have a transfer case mount?

I am trying to fing this banging sound near the center of the truck when going over bumps...The bigger the bump the harder it sounds. The entire front end is rebuilt and all my u-joints. I'm now looking at my tranny mount. I can move it up and down with a pry bar pretty easy and noticed the metal stopper in the bushing may be hitting the top of the mount. Is there also a mount for the trasnfer case also? I notince when it is put from park to drive the transfer case bounces around a bit. Is this normal?

Thanks.

The t-case is only mounted to the back of the transmission extension, just behind the trans mount. If the t-case is moving independently of the trans, you've got a BIG problem - tighten the t-case mounting bolts. Check the Haynes manual or here.

I'm pretty sure the TC is tight. Maybe the tranny mount is bad . I guess I'll replace that next. How hard is that to do? Could I get to all the bolts and just raise the tranny with a jack?
