I have been looking for the Saginaw style steering pump to swap into my 1993 f150 for months now. The part I'm looking for is Cardone 20 6244. I know they no longer make them but if someone Knows where i could get one or could get one for me I'd be very grateful. I can't stand the whine of my ford pump and would appreciate the help

Quick question here, are the brackets for the E150 vans the same as the ones on the F150's if they have the same engine? I was thinking when I get around to swapping pumps I might just order a new one and not mess with one in an unknown condition...

 

The difference between the pump brackets is the flange where the power steering pump mounts. There is two different brackets for the gas engines, one for the I-6 and small block V-8s and one for the big block. I don't think that the diesel got a Saginaw Pump.
