I took my 92 f 150 out to mud today.. I did not get it stuck.. But.. now it is shaking really bad at about 30 mph.. I replaced the ball joint on the left side.. But it didnt help.. So now out of ideas.. And my truck is lonely on the side of the road

firsts thought would be buildup of mud in the wheels/ rims/ drive shaft to cause imbalance. Second guess is you bent something, rim/ alignment / etc. Ball joints, etc would normally cause wear on tires, but not "shake".

Did you wash the mud out of everything that turns/rotates?

I would definitely wash the mud off everything and then drive it before I took it to a shop.
