front brake locked 2008 F250 D
I have a 2008 F250 Diesel. My truck only has 14000 miles on it. Was driving down the hwy smelled something burning. stopped at light and smoke came out of the left front wheel. the wheel was extremely hot. Pulled wheel off and brakes are applied like the pedal is being pushed. I can turn the wheel but it takes a lot of effort. Any ideas on what is wrong? no dash warnings off any kind.
Thanks in advance

If you open the bleeder screw and the brakes release then you have a bad brake hose.
If not, loosen the caliper slide bolts three turns and see if the slides will move sideways when you push the bolts in and out.
If the slides are free, then you have caliper piston issues.
My bet is on #2.
