Morning Lanny! At least it's warm. I'll take windy and warm any day!

 

There's nothing wrong with that ! It was a warm wind yesterday, but a few days earlier, it was colder than a mother-in-laws hug!

 

Been nice here the last few day. Should get hot for the weekend, which is just fine by me.

 

I think we are getting wind and rain for the weekend, again.

 

I need another nice weekend, to get some more of the work done outside on the new place.

 

I did get most of my edging done.. man, that front yard was over the sidewalk like 8 inches anyway!... it sure gave the edger quite a workout. The grass and dirt was so thick I have to do the lawn in shifts, first, a straight cut just to find the edge of the sidewalk, and now the angle cut to keep it away from the sidewalk and for easier future cuts.

 

Man, the lawn was really eating your sidewalk! Easier to do now, that you've got it for the first time.

The wife just bought me a new smartphone for fathers day.. its funny how I have worked for a telephone company for near 18 years, and I have never had one. LOL! I have certainly had to troubleshoot alot of them, though!! But I have researched them, and I picked out the one that we have almost zero troubles with while roaming, or in our network. So we'll see!

How's it with you?

 

Not too bad, my knee has been killling me today, so I'm headed to the doc here shortly to have it looked at. I still have a "dumb" phone, the last in the family with one. I'm going to a new one in November. What kind did you get?
