coil spacers

So i put a previous post on here about these but i just now got the money to buy them, iv picked out these 1981-1996 Ford F150 4WD - 2" Front Leveling Kit (coil spring spacers) - Daystar KF09108BK, is this the best cheapest way to lift the front of my truck so its level? more important i just want to no if its SAFE. im aware that i might have to realigne my truck but i need an alignment anyways. thanks, mike

Those go under the lower spring cups. That's why they have stud extensions.
