I was curious if anyone could tell me about the front spindles and hubs on a dually f350 1967. I came across a complete dually set up front and rear drum. I dont want to run the dually wheels just regular wheels. What do I need for the front drum set up. Does it require a spindle/hub/drum change? Or can I just change the hub and drum and save the spindles?

 

1967 F350 uses the same spindles with or without DRW, but these spindles are 1967 only.

The 1967 hubs and the brake drums are different with DRW, but again these parts are 1967 only.

If you need replacement parts, these parts may be difficult to find.

 

Thank you very much for the info.....I will have to verify the 1967 part Saturday. I will be picking them up. I'm kinda obligated at this point for the purchase. I really wanted to use the dual front hub and drum assembly but just by looking at it I think the stock regular wheels will stick out to far? I have a project 140" wheelbase truck this stuff is going under. The rear end measures identical. The front drums look to be 4"-5" too wide?
