Robbieo11 is starting off with a positive reputation.
Just had this happen went to international. It was closer that the nearest ford joint. Anyway o ring is 1.01 each i got 5 2 for now in winter i will pull the pump and do all 3. I lost a 1/4 of a tank in 8 miles

Maybe you meant of the pan, not the tank, right?. . Yes this problem cause a lot of oil leak, because the high pressure oil.

Well yes and no had 2 leaks i see hpop was pushing oil at the o rings and fuel line blew it was pointed down and bouncing off the hpop fitting i posted asking what was hpop pumping in a new thread
So look at the fuel hoses they might be rubbing on hpop hose fitting

Would a leak in this area follow down along the back of the engine? Coat the passenger side axle pivot area? Might have to check this out if so.

Yes plus look at the drain valve for fuel bowl might do this also

Yes. The old girl went to a good home with a friend of mine who has big plans for her.

For now, the F150 is working out well for my present needs. I'll get another diesel sometime down the road.
