couple pics...
The only reason I smoothed over the welds on the outside is because hes having them powder coated. The inside welds are still there.
close up of how I drilled the ends of 1.5" square tube with a 2" hole saw to fit tight around the 2" DOM.

I like the bars. They are strong as fornicate and not really as heavy as they look. I guess bc they are only 11ga -1/8" wall.
Im building exact copies but a little longer for George.

Yep, there is a big side by side mud drag race that happens the 1st weekend in August every year. Some of the other BBF guys went to it and kicked ****. I wanna meet up with them midwest guys and see how we compare from an east coast setup to theirs.

Guess it's done in coordination with the start of the Sturgis bike rally as thats usually early August.
