Finished up the interior....

Aluminum steering wheel, quick release coupler, extended t-case shifter 4", mall crawler edition shift **** and gauges mounted off the side of the MSD bracket i made

Thanks mang.

I also put a quasi-vinyl/plastic dash pad cover dealio over the cracked factory dash. The interior looks pretty dang good imo


Im waiting on a new distributor gear (loooooong story - not my fault at all) and i need to bolt up the front d-shaft and this bich is done! Its been a helluva 5 months and Im glad to be finished

Never bolted the front drive shaft up after swapping headers so I did after slapping in some new joints and a coat of paint.

The joints are Carquest #1-0134 (axle end) and #2-0631G (t-case end) if anyone needs it. Im sure they cross to a Spicer #.




Made an oil pump primer because the 5/16 socket welded to a long 1/4" extension I always use for 460s wouldnt work. Its just an old distributor cut down and a 5/8" nut welded to the shaft. 18v drill turns it great.





So, got it running today after a few hiccups but all is well. I need to wire the lights for the gauges and take if for a test drive. Owner is taking delivery on Sunday and the shop is getting a new toy on Monday - not sure what, yet.
