Attempting the spark plugs myself?
What are we looking at for the spark plug issue, I have a 2005 be my issue would be the spark plug breaking off and part of it being left in the head, correct. So does 100% of people have this problem?? Or do maybe only 1 of 10 people have this problem?? Guess I am just trying to figure out what are the odds of me having a problem.. I do not have spare transportation, so I cant have much down time..
Also I do not have a QUALITY torque wrench that I would trust to engine components so I would have to but one of those..

I don't think your '05 has the issue with broken plug bodies in the heads---that seems to start with the 3 valve models. Most likely you have the PI heads with 8 threads per hole which was Ford's improvement over the earlier head design that seemed to spit plugs occasionally. (If I'm wrong someone please correct me here---going from memory!)
Changing plugs on these motors is not that complicated or tricky but it does require some attention to the recommended procedures and practices. Try these two links for some great advice: https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/1...ed-torque.html post #2 mostly. Another: https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/1...-a-2v-v10.html
One more link about stripping out of plugs: https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/1...ead-heads.html
First time is a huge learning curve but once you're through you'll somewhat laugh at how terror-inducing it can be, tons of horror stories. Not having other transportation makes this a bit tough so try making sure you have everything you need before beginning. I'd buy all 10 new boots from NAPA maybe (p/n) 702418), make sure you use MotorCraft plugs, a bit of nickel-based anti-seize and you're good to go.
Sending you a PM about the torque wrench.
Hope this is somewhat helpful!

I think the 3 valve heads started in 2005. From what I have read is that everyone that attempts a plug change on a 3 valve engine breaks a plug off even when doing the proper removal procedures. I haven't even attempted it on my 2006 but there is tool that you can buy to remove the busted half out. I don't think I would try to do it with out the special removal tool

2005 3 valve with 74k on original plugs here. NONE BROKE but I thought for sure that two were going to after they started getting tighter on the way out. I borrowed the removal tool from a mechanic before attempting the last two that were really tight but I never needed it. I do have alternate transportation so it was not an issue to be down a few days.
Crack loose the plugs
Spray small amount of good carb cleaner down plug holes
Let soak for at least an hour or two
Remove plugs carefully. if it feels to tight, thread in then out little by little.
On the two that I thought were going to break, I also added a little PB Blaster to the plug hole and allowed a little more soak time.
