I need all your 5.4 guys' opinion, the cop was a jerk, he was trying to say she was going 80-100, and starting a curve mind you, I just dont believe it, in 384ft ??? You guys tell me if you can take a curve at 80-100 without rolling? Let alone get to that speed at that short of a distance. I took my chipped 7.3 AND my 97 Mustang with 3.8l and floored it, took me 8-10 seconds on both JUST to get to 75, it took 5 seconds to get the distance at 55mph, you tell me how possible it was. I guess what happened was she drifted, clipped a mailbox and starting fish tailing trying to over corrent, worst case may have paniced and accidently hit the gas instead of brakes because there was no skid marks. Post up your opinions, I need evidence for court.

skid marks, well, it has abs so no skidding from the tires. even then, i cant get my abs to activate on the best day. do some more investigation. I think 100mph in that sort of a distance will destroy the cops estimate and make him look like a douche in court.

384 feet is about .073 miles. think about it, from a dead stop, how fast will our trucks do the 1/4 mile in and at what speed. less than 80mph in the 1/4. so, 1/4 mile=.25, 1/8 mile=.125, and 1/16mile=.062. To get to that speed, its not possible in that short of distance.

Hey Racer, what is your opinion on the likely hood of a rollover going 80-100 on this pictured curve?

Yes Sir, not because I'm just trying to GET OUT of a ticket, but, I consider myself an honest person, and my research online, my personal knowledge and knowing my wife, I feel deep in my heart that this is NOT possible, and the way the officers attitude was, I feel like he was trying to pin the world on her for an honest mistake.
