archtaan. Is that front bumper for the new f350 or is it one of the older styles? I only ask because I have one of the Fab Fours and it looks almost identical to the one you have less the bar.
NVM - Just read it. Durr. 2008 model. I wonder if I could get away with my 05 FF bumper with the 08 front end. hrmm

Archtaan, do you know how much the 08 power folding and manual folding mirrors cost?
I found a used 08 passenger side mirror on Craigslist. He is asking $150.
The seller thinks it is power folding but isn't positive . I there a way to tell if it has the power folding function with out hooking it up to my truck?

Mine had this Ford decal describing they have the power fold/ power telescope feature. If the sticker is missing then it will be a wire/pinout count. Regular mirrors will have ground, heat, light, signal, power and a few lens controls. Power fold/telescope adds another 6 wires I think. I would have to double check the pinouts on my notes.
Many people think power refers to the lens and not the telescope/fold so the terminology gets a bit confusing.
New they run around $1000.00 each btw! They show up on EE for around $900 for a pair nowadays.

Its kinda hard to tell the plug from the pic. They look like manual fold with heater and marker. Around $450 each or so if I am not mistaken. Great find!
This is the power fold/telescope plug.
Here is the wire colors for the driver side. Match em up and see if you have the power ones! You might have gotten really lucky!

Replaced the cracked passenger side mirror today. Wow was it an easy job. I was really worried it would be all complicated with pins and such but it was a breeze.
Grab the mirror lens at the top and pull. It pops right out.
Disconnect heated mirror wiring. Wires slide into push in snaps to hold them in. Be sure to reroute wires the same way on new lens.
Slide the 3 retaining tabs into the brackets. The come taped to the back of the lens.
Tilt lens and align the top two tabs first, then using a small screwdriver push the bottom tab into the alignment slot. Press firmly till it snaps into place.
Test for function, clean and go!
<10 minutes.
