1994 Ford XLT F250 4X4 7.3 Turbo Diesel 46k LOW MILES Amazing Original Condition

here's a nice one boys! these NOS IDI trucks are still out there! few and far between,but they're out there.

Ford : F-250 Series XLT Ford : F-250 Series XLT | eBay

trans code E = E40D Electronic 4 speed OverDrive transmission. (real nice trans,with low miles on them,and properly maintained.can be a PITA to trace out electrical gremlins,but nothing to run away from imho.id buy another in a heartbeat.) 4 speed auto with locking torque converter.higher top ratio than zf5 for increased economy on the hwy.
axle code C5 = 4.10 limited slip. the full floating sterling 10.25 axle.
8th digit in vin "K" code,means a few beefed up engine internals over previous yr n/a idi's & oil cooler with more fins.factory '93 turbo = ATS (with crushed down pipe.)
HD F250 (as all 9th gens were) = same truck as f350 (2wd trucks identical.) 4wd models means D50 TTB instead of D60 w/f350.(f250 sits lower/better aero,thus better economy.)
the combo = a real nice towing rig (with a specifically built aftermarket down pipe made to fit factory turbo's from banks.) with fuel economy in the upper teens (lower digits when towing of course.)
idi engine = indirectly injected.no emissions.not electronically controlled (must be tuned up routinely.not hard,but few mechanics lack timing meters anymore.) 300k mile rated engine before requiring rebuild (many have gone much longer.)

overall thoughts on this one;
pretty much a good buy,no matter the price.you can't just buy a new old stock truck anytime you feel like it.
the truck should sell for several thousands in such prime shape.id expect no less.a truck sure to last a guy several years.
it's not cheap fixing a rough one up to get it to this condition again.......i know.

Yeah, real nice truck, but the bidding is over $11k, and still not to the reserve price...

wow...I will say...I would buy that...in a heartbeat, or trade my V10 for it...in a heartbeat. That thign is in imaculate shape. I love seeing these. My 1990 is in damn fine shape, not a single ding in the body. But She has some cosmetic damage to the seat, and some to the carpet...but nothign else. I keep my truck looking like that as much as I can.
