1967 Econoline Pickup VIN Decode Help

For those of you who read this post earlier, I did confirm that the VIN I had was from the door of a 1964 van
that was used as a replacement on the pickup. I read that there were a couple other places where the VIN
would be, one of those being on the bracket behind the right taillight. Here is what I found. Some help decoding
this would be awesome, thank you!

E10 = E100 Pickup.

F = 170 1V I-6.

H = Lorain OH Assembly Plant.

B28178 = 1967, assembled May 1967.
