wastegate? feels like its stuck... deliberate or rusted shut?

yah... new filter,.. just got a swallow of some high quality varnish and didnt like it much.
posted new thread with pics of what i drained out of the bowl. sitting next to a gallon of wvo you cant tell the difference lol.
my poor girl has been thru enough... i sweet talked the steering wheel and she cleaned up after a minute or so.. gonna see how much fresh diesel we can feed her when momma gets home..
and i am furiously at work on my wvo system.
discovered that i have a good working power steering pump out of my wierdo's 06 fusion from when we had to give it a new motor...(always check to see if the oil filter o-ring from the old filter is stuck to the engine before putting the new one on, locked a 3.0 v6 in less than half a mile.)
so im thinking i might mount it to a 4x4 with an a/c fan motor and give that a whirl.
tested my filter system successfully with a 100 psi diaphragm pump out of a carpet cleaning machine, but i will burn it out if i use it long term.
still deciding how i wanna build my collection system. have many options... have big propane tanks, steel 55 gal drums with good bungs... and a couple plastic ones i can get bungs for.
im leaning towards a 2 55gal drum setup with a vacuum pump. im thinking i can put a vac on both the drums and have my sucker hose tied in to the top of just one of the drums... so it fills the drum with the combined vacuum of both of them?
pressurise to pump it out to filtration...
xtof
