Taking a WELL deserved vacation to Hawaii (first REAL vacation in a LONG time !)

So would appreciate any insight as to what to do that most tourist will miss... it's 4 adults and two girls aged 5 and 9...

going to ritz carlton in kapalua, hawaii for 3 days
then on to grand hyatt hotel in poipu, hawaii .....
the end of July first of August....
