2004 F150 5.4 COP + AC Compressor Issue

The truck stutters, rpm's drop slightly and Compressor stops blowing cold air. It did this intermittingly for a day usually around the 55 mph mark, but no always, somtimes slower sometimes faster. No engine light came on. Next day engine light comes on and gives a PO352 Code. I played w #2 COP, connected/disconnected etc, and helped the situation but didnt solve it. I'm puzzled about how the AC Compressor is related to the COP issue. Will the PCM shut off compressor when a cylinder is missing? Was hoping to get some expert opinions. Thanks in advance for any insight you can provide.

I would look to the spark plugs first, and take a compression test while at it. Faulty spark plugs brings about COP failures many times. Look to temp sensor faulty if motor going into limp mode. Check your air induction to make sure it is all connected tight. The change of airconditioning may be a loss of Vacuum, with the doors turning to defrost?
